SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Cacciatore & Co.'s shipping policy section.
PROCESSING TIME:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances we will be able to ship out orders within 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING TIMES:
North America: 5-7 business days after 48–72-hour processing time.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, unfortunately, we do not have any control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final: Due to the artisanal nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, Cacciatore & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer "change of mind" refunds.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at Cacciatoreandco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the shipping box.

FURTHERMORE, CACCIATORE & CO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
